1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CyberCookie ("the Service"), including cybercookie.party and our Telegram Mini App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CyberCookie is a Click-to-Earn game accessible via web browser and Telegram Mini App. The Service allows users to: • Earn in-game currency ("Cookies") by tapping. • Purchase in-game upgrades to increase passive earnings. • Participate in a ranking system based on gameplay activity. • Potentially receive cryptocurrency token distributions in the future. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using CyberCookie, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

4. User Accounts

Your account is automatically created through Telegram. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the security of your Telegram account. • All activity that occurs under your account. • Not sharing your account or creating multiple accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

5. In-Game Currency & Virtual Items

"Cookies" and in-game upgrades are virtual items with no inherent monetary value. You acknowledge that: • Virtual items cannot be exchanged for real currency unless explicitly offered through an official token distribution event. • We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove virtual items and balances. • Purchases of upgrades are final and non-refundable. • Any future cryptocurrency token distributions are subject to separate terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service. • Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service. • Use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity. • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions. Violation may result in immediate account termination without warning.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks associated with CyberCookie are the exclusive property of CyberCookie.party. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. • We are not liable for losses related to cryptocurrency tokens, market volatility, or blockchain issues.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the app Settings menu.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
