Use the same sign-in method you used the first time (Telegram, Google or Discord). If you used several, try each with the same e-mail address. If you are still stuck, e-mail us the method and, if you remember it, your username.

Android purchases go through Google Play and are credited within a minute; reopen the app. For crypto, the reward is credited once the exact amount reaches the order address within 30 minutes: if you sent a different amount or after it expired, write to us with the transaction link or hash. For card and Telegram Stars, send the order number.

On Android, refunds are handled by Google Play (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history). For other payments, contact us with the order number. Digital items already used in the game may not be refundable; see the Terms of Service.

In the app: Settings → Delete account. You can also follow the steps on the delete-account page or e-mail us from the address linked to your account. You can download your data first from Settings → My data.

We never ask for your seed phrase or private key and we never hold your funds. Linking a wallet only proves you own the address. Be careful with anyone who contacts you claiming to be CyberCookie and asking for crypto: we never do.

Tell us what happened, on which device, and add a screenshot if you can. For cheaters, send their username: reports are reviewed by hand.
