Option 1 · In the app (fastest)

1. Open CyberCookie (Android app, web app or Telegram mini app) and log in. 2. Open Settings (gear icon). 3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. 4. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2 · By e-mail

If you cannot log in, e-mail [email protected] from the address linked to your account (or give your username and login method: Telegram, Google or Discord). We will confirm your identity and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile, name, picture and username • Your progress: coins, upgrades, cards, achievements, missions • Your friends, guild membership and game statistics • Your device and notification tokens • Blockchain transactions you made are public and permanent and cannot be erased. If you own a guild, it is handed over to another member or removed when empty.

What may be kept

• Payment records (for example Google Play or Stripe transaction references), for the period required by accounting law • Moderation records (reports, bans) for a limited time to prevent abuse • Blockchain transactions you made are public and permanent and cannot be erased. Deleted data cannot be restored. Purchases made with Google Play can be refunded through Google Play according to its policy.
